Xit transfer upgrade#
Incremental Capacity Transfer Right means a Capacity Transfer Right allocated to a Generation Interconnection Customer or Transmission Interconnection Customer obligated to fund a transmission facility or upgrade, to the extent such upgrade or facility increases the transmission import capability into a Locational Deliverability Area, or a Capacity Transfer Right allocated to a Responsible Customer in accordance with Tariff, Schedule 12A.
Prospective sale means a sale which is intended to be made in the future, upon the occurrence of a stated event, whether or not the occurrence of the event is certain
Transfer Stock means shares of Capital Stock owned by a Key Holder, or issued to a Key Holder after the date hereof (including, without limitation, in connection with any stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, reorganization, or the like), but does not include any shares of Preferred Stock or of Common Stock that are issued or issuable upon conversion of Preferred Stock.Īvailable Transfer Capability or “ATC” shall mean a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses. Transfer Shares means the 20,000 Shares to be transferred by the Original Covenantor to the New Covenantor Proposed Transfer Notice means written notice from a Key Holder setting forth the terms and conditions of a Proposed Key Holder Transfer. Proposed Transfer has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a). Proposed Transferee has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a). Generally, the micro-purchase threshold for pro- curement activities administered under federal awards is not to ex- ceed the amount set by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) at 48 C.F.R. Micro-purchase threshold means the dollar amount at or below which a district may purchase property or services using micro-pur- chase procedures.
